Mokoka first registered for the NBA draft in 2018. He changed his name, though, and traveled to Serbia instead. He was a member of the Mega Bemax Serbian team.
In 2019, he entered the draft once more, but this time, he had no intentions of leaving. He was not, however, drafted.
But the Chicago Bulls had seen him play in Serbia, so they invited him to participate in the summer league. On July 2, 2019, he subsequently agreed to a two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls.
Mokoka, who has a two-way deal with the Chicago Bulls, also serves as the shooting guard for the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League.
The Windy City Bulls, a G-League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, made the decision to skip Orlando’s bubble season.
