American Pie actor Thomas and his fourteen-year-long wife, Colette Marino have officially filed for the divorce!
According to documents acquired by TMZ, The couple filed for divorce on March 16 — nearly 45 days after the Italian-Irish actor’s New York arrest.
“Irreconcilable conflicts” triggered the breakup, according to DJ Collette, a house music musician.
According to Us Weekly, Colette Marino has filed for divorce from American Pie actor Thomas Ian Nicholas after 14 years of marriage.
Colette Marino, 46, stated “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the divorce in court documents obtained by Us.
And the former couple’s separation date was September 2019. The legal documents also state that the professional DJ does not want financial support awarded to her or the actor, 41.
Over the past 11 years, Marino and Nicholas have been building a beautiful family.

In the divorce, Marino is seeking joint custody of their children. He is also looking to block award support to either parent from court ability.
Currently, Marino is hoping the judge to enforce the prenuptial agreement.
Rise to Fame: Thomas Ian Nicholas
After the release of American Pie in 1999, the Nevada native shot to fame. Nicholas plays Kevin Myers in the comedy, which also stars Jason Biggs (Jim), Chris Klein (Chris “Oz” Ostreicher), and Eddie Kaye Thomas (Paul Finch).
The Rookie of the Year actor earlier stated that he had no intention of showing the well-known film to his children.

For now, she works at SmartBar as a resident DJ in Chicago, one of the most popular nightclubs in the city.
Apart from that she also has a hit an album called Hypnotized in 2005. It was one of the most downloaded house dance albums on Apple’s iTunes Music Store. In 2013, her third record When The Music’s Loud, was one of the top 20 Dance Music Albums according to Billboard.
