Andy Dick Got Arrested For Felony Sexual Assault in Orange County Jail

Andy Dick an actor and comedian was accompanied by security out of the RV trailer in O’Neill Regional Park. Later he was handcuffed on Wednesday after a younger man claimed that he sexually assaulted him.

The incident happened in orange county where the sheriff’s department arrested Andy. It was reported around 9 am on Wednesday.

A man reported to the authorities that he faced an assault and was further taken to the assault exam as per the police department. The name of the victim is not revealed yet.

The arrest appeared to be live-streamed via a YouTube account

The broadcasts were from the RV camp where Andy was reportedly living. In the particular video, Andy is seen being escorted by officers towards their cars.

Dick was also handcuffed and searched. The videos were filmed where officers were entering an RV with gloves.

Last month only Andy had a separate visit from the sheriff’s in Las Vegas. There they made a welfare check on Dick after a man who also lived in the home pulled out a gun in a live stream, according to the reports.

It is not just about one case or the first time Andy is reported

Andy had been accused of inappropriate behavior previously as well.  In 2018, Dick was charged with one sexual charge and one simple charge.

A woman allegedly reported and accused that he had squeezed her buttocks while he walked past her on a sidewalk.

Dick was also removed from the independent film “Raising Buchanan” which was also due to some accusations of sexual harassment.

Andy Dick was released from the Jail!

On August 10 it is reported that Andy Dick is going to have sentencing which was pressed with all the accusations.

It is the responsibility of the DA to pursue these sorts of charges, but if they are not willing to, the accusations will be dropped and Andy shall not attend court in August.

Andy made a statement on his social media that he got released from jail. He shot a video from a hotel room and told his fans that he loved them and hoped that everyone are doing ok.

There are a lot of rumors swirling around about him. Just about 48 hours before the incident, he was in a video asking someone for a blow.

Captured in a live stream, his fans were a little shocked to see his behavior. This video also captured his arrest and everything that happened to him.

 “Why did you assault me in my sleep?” to which Andy replied, “I never assaulted you in your sleep. Can you leave me alone?”

There was no statement coming from Andy about the charges but he is posting on social media that he got bail and doing fine.

Charges of sexual assault like this are very serious and intense, this YouTuber may not drop the charges filed against Andy, we can tell by the looks of it.

But it is certain that it will be determined in a few months. The video does not give any evidence, but there is no confirmation that the incident really happened.
