Blake Shelton will not be the part of “The Voice” as a coach! Find out Why is he leaving the show after 12 years?

Blake Shelton announces about leaving “The Voice” as he was serving as a coach for 12 years now. He said that he would be leaving the show after Season 23 which premiers in the year 2023.

Blake Shelton is leaving “The Voice” making the audiences, his fellow judges, and followers sad. The decision of leaving the singing show is his own. As he was the part of “The Voice” since the year 2011. Similarly, Shelton serving as the coach of the show for the longest period of time since 12 years is not a joke. Likewise, Blake is the eight times winner of “The Voice” and he coached 15 artists till now.

Not only this but also the songs of the artists have hit trending 1 on iTunes as well. Therefore, without a doubt, we can know how good he was. In this season, Blake’s team includes Bodie and Kevin Hawkins, plus Bryce Leatherwood, The Dryes, Kate Kalvach, Brayden Lape, Ansley Burns, Austin Montgomery, Madison Hughes, Tanner Fussell, Eva Ullmann, Benny Weag, Hillary Torchiana, and Jaeden Luke.

Furthermore, Blake Shelton gushed in an Instagram announcing his leave from “The Voice”. He stated in the first paragraph,

“I’ve been wrestling with this for a while, and I’ve decided it’s time for me to step away from The Voice after Season 23.”

In the second paragraph, Blake Shelton mentioned how his life changed due to this show. Meanwhile, he also said that he worked with the best people so far and will always remember them for a lifetime. Moreover, he wrote,

“This show has changed my life in every way for the better, and it will always feel like home to me. It’s been a hell of a ride over these 12 years of chair turns, and I want to thank everyone at The Voice from NBC, every producer, the writers, musicians, crew, and catering people, you are the best. It takes a lot of work, passion, and adult beverages (Ha!) to pull off a live show twice a week.”
