In actuality, the ex-girlfriend owned it and had it in her possession; as a result, Bryan later withdrew his claim.

Bryan Caraway was accused of grand larceny and in possession of a stolen vehicle in June 2019.

Bryan first tried to file a claim with his insurance company under a policy he had just bought for his car.

He continued to claim that Miesha had given him the ATV, which he had reported as stolen in the interim.
