Kim Jung Kook from the BTS band rocks the Qatar Fifa World Cup 2022 opening ceremony!
Kim Jung Kook had a rocking single performance in the 2022 Qatar World Cup opening ceremony that happened this Sunday. He was accompanied by a Qatari singer Fahad Al-Kubaisi on the day at the Al-Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.
The 25-year-old singer releases his single song known as “Dreamers”. It is also the official track in the competition with his collaboration with the 41-year-old Qatari singer. The official BTS band announced their separation in June and it was his first performance as a single without the band.
Moreover, Jung Kook was extremely fashionable at the World cup. He wore a sparkly and trendy black jacket along with very trendy pants and leather shoes.
His fans were very excited to see how he looked that day and he looked dashing. Meanwhile, another singer collaborator Fahad was wearing traditional cultural Qatari dress at the opening ceremony.
The whole stadium was with fans and that was really a kickstart to the grand 2022 World cup. Not only Kim Jung, but Morgan Freeman also was part of the ceremony to perform on the stage but the sad part is he did not have many audiences in front of him. People actually disgraced him in the World cup.
The backside of the story is that he was slammed for accepting “Blood money” from Qatar. Most of the fans called him a “Qatari Sleeper agent” after remembering his infamous speech in 2010. Everyone was hugely disappointed when he messed up USA’s bid while saying a speech.
At that point, he told his fans that “‘I’m sorry, I missed a page’. ” and fans got furious.
