Chad Javon Johnson was born in Miami, Florida, on January 9, 1978. His mother Paula Johnson and father Sam Brown welcomed him into the world.
Johnson also has a brother named Sam Brown Jr. and two sisters named Syleena Johnson and Chinita Johnson. Chad’s mother abandoned him at his grandmother’s house when he was five years old.
As a result, Chad was raised by his grandmother and barely ever spoke to her mother. Sam, Chad’s father, seldom ever appeared in his life.

On June 11, 2012, he signed with the Miami Dolphins, where he played for two seasons.
Other Leagues
Later, Johnson signed a two-year contract with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL before departing to play for an international team.
In 2014, Johnson took part in five regular-season CFL games. However, because of persistent ailments, he was virtually inactive for most games.
In addition, a personal family matter in Florida was the reason he missed two postseason games. Johnson missed the Alouettes’ mandatory training camp in 2015, which resulted in a suspension from the team also. Moreover, he was suspended for the entire 2015 CFL season.
On February 9, 2016, Johnson became a free agent after being released by the Alouettes following the 2015–16 campaign.
He temporarily played for Liga de Ftbol Americano Profesional de México in 2017 before he officially retired from football.

In compliance with the prosecution and Lozada, Chad submitted a petition of no contest to misdemeanor domestic battery on September 12, 2012.
On May 7, 2013, a warrant was issued because Chad had broken the terms of his probation. He also neglected to meet with a probation adviser and enroll in the “Batterers Intervention Program” and complete it.
Chad turned himself into the courthouse. Ultimately, he was released after posting a $1,000 bond. After 20 days, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breaking the terms of his probation.

Chad and Sharelle gave birth to Serenity “Hurricane Paula” in 2022. According to reports, as of the most recent birth, Chad has eleven children.
