Former American basketball player Theo Lamont Blair played collegiate basketball with the Pittsburgh Panthers from 2007 to 2009. After declaring for the 2009 NBA Draft, Blair was chosen by the San Antonio Spurs as the 37th overall choice.

The hostage went on to say that he eventually shot Blair because he thought Bartifay was flirting with his female companion.

High School Career

Blair went to Schenley High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and played basketball there. As a result, he concluded his career with 1,563 points and a team record of 103-16.

He was the AP Player of the Year while playing for the Pittsburgh City League.

Similarly, he supported Schenley in supervising the PIAA Class 4A state title in 2007. He had 18 points, 23 rebounds, and six blocks in the game.

College Career

Blair spent his first year of college at the University of Pittsburgh from 2007–2008.

Blair appeared in 81 games for the Los Angeles Lakers in 2010-11, averaging 8.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.17 steals, and 1.0 assists in 21.4 minutes per game.
