Amber Heard was exposed in the Johnny Depp trial after a cosmetics business revealed her. On Friday, Milani Cosmetics exposed Amber Heard’s alleged lie on a TikTok video.
Makeup issue with Amber Heard
After one of Amber Heard’s lawyers exhibited the actress’s product in court to illustrate how she concealed claimed bruises on her face.
Beauty firm Milani Cosmetics is inserting itself into the Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard trial.
Elaine Bredehoft, Heard’s attorney, brought up Milani Cosmetics’ All-In-One Correcting Kit while addressing the jury about how Heard disguised claimed injuries on her face during opening remarks on April 12.
Bredehoft did not disclose the brand or product but stated that Heard always carried makeup with her everywhere she went.
According to the insider, “this is what Amber carried in her purse during her romance with Johnny Depp.”
Bredehoft continued, handing up a cosmetics product for the jurors to examine.
well! well! “Hello!” Do you think she’d leave the house without makeup on? She is, after all, a performer.
Do you believe she would have wanted her bruises and cuts to be visible to others?
This was her strategy for dealing with the situation.
And the various colors she used to conceal them, as well as how she utilized them to touch them up “According to Bredehoft.
Statements from Milani Cosmetics
Milani Cosmetics denied that their product was used in a TikTok video.
Arguing that it didn’t become available until 2017 and that Heard and Depp’s marriage had ended the year before when she filed for divorce.
In the description, the brand added, “You asked us… let the record reflect that our Correcting Kit premiered in 2017!”
A source close to Heard tells PEOPLE that “Heard’s lawyer was showing an example of the kind of cosmetics she employed.”
Elaine Bredehoft, one of Heard’s lawyers, said her client used cosmetics to cover up injuries last week, holding up a Milani Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit.
Bredehoft informed the jurors, “This is what Amber had in her purse throughout the entire relationship with Johnny Depp.”
Milani then made a TikTok video claiming that the product was released in 2017, well after the alleged abuse and subsequent divorce that occurred between 2014 and 2016.
According to TMZ, Heard’s pal claimed that the lawyer simply mentioned the Milani product.
As an example and was disappointed that the company utilized social media to call her out, claiming that it used the chance to make light of domestic abuse.
Just hours after jurors heard audio snippets of Depp berating his ex-wife with crude vulgarities.
Domestic Violence
Depp wrapped up a four-day testimony on Monday, telling jurors that he filed his libel suit against her because it was his best chance to clear his name.
He continued to deny punching Heard, accusing her of doing so, and throwing paint cans and vodka bottles at him.
Jurors also listened to an audiotape of a conversation between Depp and Heard in which she appears to tease him.
He is implying that if he publicly portrays her as an abuser, he will be disbelieved and scorned.
“Tell them I’m Johnny Depp, and see how many people believe you or support you,” Heard adds on the tape.
They did, however, hear tapes earlier Monday in which Depp warned of the dangers of escalating their fight.
On the audio, Depp states, “The next move, if I don’t walk away… it’s going to be slaughtered like it was on the island.”
In other scenes, Depp shouts profanities at his wife, calling her a derogatory name and yelling at her,
“You stupid f—-.”
Depp attempted to explain some of his crude words on a Monday afternoon detour. He remarked, adding that he was often speaking symbolically or making private jokes with friends.
And, despite telling people at the time that he sliced off his finger during a confrontation with Heard.
Amber Heard case evidence
Some social media users are now taking the situation into their own hands, while others say the beauty brand has overreached.
Depp is suing Heard for $50 million (£38.2 million) after she claimed in a 2018 op-ed that Depp abused her. Even though the fact that she did not name him.
During the trial, Heard’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft alleged that the Aquaman actor covered her bruises with Milani Cosmetics’.
All In One Correcting Kit until she filed for divorce from Depp in 2016.
Milani Cosmetics, a drugstore brand, refuted Heard’s allegations when it posted. A TikTok video showing the color-correcting palette wasn’t released until 2017.
“You inquired of us… “Let the record indicate that our Correcting Kit was released in 2017!” they wrote in the TikTok video.
@milanicosmetics You asked us… let the record show that our Correcting Kit launched in 2017!👀 #milanicosmetics
The video instantly went viral on social media, with most viewers complimenting the brand for following through on Heard’s claim.
Many users even requested that Milani Cosmetics provide its evidence to Depp’s attorneys.
“And this is why you will now have my business!” one person exclaimed.
“Not y’all calling her out like that, this is one of the many reasons y’all are one of my fave companies,” one person said.
“Send this to Johnny Depp’s lawyer,” said another.

she stated in a video posted on Friday.
“I’m not sure how I’m expected to find them, anyone on his squad, but we’ll try. I’m sure if I ask, I’ll be kicked out, but here we go.”
Nuha revealed in a subsequent video that she tracked down Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez.
She told Vasquez that she “had information that could be relevant to the investigation,” and Vasquez encouraged her to email the information to her.
Nuha published a screenshot of an email she sent to Depp’s legal team.
“Miami Cosmetics just made a TikTok today saying that the palette didn’t exist till the end of 2017.”
However, Milani Cosmetics’ role in the defamation case did not go over well with everyone.
Many individuals chastised Milani for getting involved in the claimed domestic abuse case and attempting to profit from it by promoting their color-correcting palette.
With images of Milani’s TikTok video, one person remarked, “This is terrible and so corny.”
“I sincerely hope Amber is the one who takes them to the cleaners next.”
The screenshots in the tweet showed the brand communicating with followers in the video’s comments area, where the corporation responded with Legally Blonde references and playfully sobbing laughing emojis.
Arguing
This is revolting and ridiculous. Amber should take them to the cleaners next.
“It’s surreal to me that there are people online rn arguing over the origins of a s**ty concealer and marketing the hell out of it so that this company gets the money over an actual domestic abuse situation,” someone person tweeted.
“This is lunatic Black Mirror sh*t, regardless matter who you’re siding with.”
Another Twitter user wondered aloud, “What’s worse?” “For starters, the product was available before 2017.”
