Elon Musk makes fun of saying “Free the Nipple” after his shirtless photo goes viral while vacationing in Mykonos!!

The CEO of some powerful companies Elon Musk recently made fun of by saying that he should often remove his shirt. He made fun of it after his shirtless picture of vacationing on a yacht in Mykonos went viral.

But we all know whatever Musk does goes viral in no time!! He requested to “FREE THE NIP”.

“Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!! (already back in the factory btw),” Tesla’s CEO tweeted on Tuesday and it was in response to a fan who joked, “F–k yea I got my $ behind this man. So so many other smart investors.”

The photograph of Musk went viral while he was on a very expensive yacht ($ 20,000 per week) in the Aegean Sea. Musk was with his agent Ari Emanuel and his newlywed wife, Sarah Staudinger.

He is one of the most powerful people in the world, and talking about his net worth is expected to be around $220 billion. He is the richest man in the world.  Musk was having an escape and spending some time in relaxation.

At the same time, Musk’s lawyers were battling to convince the judge to delay the lawsuit for social media’s site request. It is said that the head judge of Delaware’s Court, Kathleen St. Jude McCormick set a new trial on Tuesday.

The five-day trial will renew in October and on Tuesday the judge said that,

“Twitter is seeking to force Musk to complete his $44 billion deal to buy the site.”

“The longer the merger transaction remains in limbo, the larger the cloud of uncertainty cast over the company,”

The shares of the social media platform Twitter hiked by 3.8% after the hearing in the court. It was estimated it was increased to around $39.86. The stock of the company has spiked by 20% after Twitter sued Musk.

Twitter just forwarded the trial for four days in September arguing with an attorney William Savitt that the uncertainty might harm Twitter every second, every day.

“Mr. Musk has been and remains contractually obligated to use his best efforts to close this deal,” Savitt said. “What he is doing is the exact opposite of best efforts. It is sabotage.”

THE LONGER THE DELAY THE GREATER THE RISK, said McCormick.

However, Twitter has asked to make the process as soon as possible in September. But seems like Musk is in no mood to do it faster, the team of Musk is finding complexity in the case due to which they want to wait until early next year.

According to judge McCormick, the team of Musk is underestimating the power of the court to quickly process all the complexity.

Furthermore, Twitter is forcing Musk to do better in his promise to fulfill in April, that he wants to buy the social media for $44 billion. The company wants the process to expedite as all these disputes are harming the business of Twitter.

Musk actually wanted to buy the share of Twitter for $54.20 and now wants to deny the agreement and it is like sabotaging the company.

“It’s attempted sabotage. He’s doing his best to run Twitter down,” William Savitt, an attorney who was representing Twitter mentioned
