In her candid account of her therapy sessions, Emily Ratajkowski discusses how she was able to overcome her “fear of abandonment.”
The model talked about improving herself by researching attachment patterns on her “High Low” podcast on Thursday.
The actress began by saying, “I’ve been in therapy for quite a long time”
Ratajkowski, 31, said that although she first tested for an “anxious preoccupied” attachment style when she started therapy, she has since advanced to a “more secure” form.
The actress went on to describe the traits of worried people after divorcing her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard earlier this year amid a cheating scandal.

One year before Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard called it quits, Sylvester was born in March 2021.

In the meantime, Ratajkowski said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in October that she no longer wanted to act as a “pick-me-girl” when looking for love.
The author of “My Body” admitted at the time, “I wasn’t very good at deciding what I liked [before]. So now it’s really fun to go to dinner with someone and be like, ‘Cool. I really enjoyed these parts of them. I really didn’t like these other parts.’”
