Erika Jayne is an American singer, television personality, and former actress. Recently, on Wednesday in an episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, she stated that she is not divorcing Tom Girardi now. Erika further said, she is not in a rush. Additionally, Jayne claims that,
“It’s ironic, but if I was divorced from Tom, I’d have to pay him alimony. I’ll stay married, thanks.”
Likewise, having a conversation with Lisa Rinna, the singer also said that she is not ready for dealing the financial issues. After the divorce, Erika has to deal with everything single-handedly. Therefore, she will stay married now rather than divorce. However, Erika and Tom Girardi live separately and it’s like a divorce.

“I can’t get a divorce right now. Like, I’m legally separated, so my life has moved on and everything is separate. But I can’t get a divorce right now. There’s so much legal s–t going on. It’s a weird time and I’m really ready for it to be over.”

According to the sources, Erika filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020. Though, they were together for 21 years. The reason for their separation has not been cleared by any sources yet. After one month, this pair was accused of stealing $2 million in settlement funds from the families of Lion Air Flight 610 victims.

Also, in January she was dismissed from the fraud lawsuit. Besides this, Jayne is currently facing a $50 million racketeering lawsuit and a $2.1 million “aiding and abetting” lawsuit. However, last month, she was asked to return the diamond earrings which were worth $750,000. It was proved that the earrings were purchased from stolen funds.

Similarly, Erika and Jayne are in touch with each other despite the separation. In May, Jane said,
“Of course [I take his calls]. He’s not well, and so he’s in a state of decline and sometimes it’s good and sometimes [he thinks] I’m someone else. So it’s fine.”
“I am single for the first time in my adult life and it feels good. It’s like being a big teenager again. And I’m OK like this.”
