Gabrielle Union teases her fans after mysterious tweet about “Bring It On” sequel! Is she coming back?

Gabrielle Union recently tweeted on the 22nd-anniversary celebration of the movie, “Bring It On”. She gave hints to her followers by saying that she would again play the role in another movie.

Gabrielle Union teases her fans sharing the old pictures of “Bring it On.” Similarly, On Thursday, she shared a post that featured four pictures from 22 years ago.

The movie, Bring It On celebrated its 22nd anniversary on August 25 as it was released in the year 2000.

In the cheerleading comedy movie, she plays the character Isis and in the picture she shared, she was with her team. Likewise, in one of the pictures, Isis was facing off with Dunsts’s Torrance.

Additionally, Gabrielle tweeted,

“Hmmmm so Isis might have a teenager #BringItOn.”

After seeing the post many fans and followers of Union commented. They were so excited to see her back in the movie as she hinted at them. As Gabrielle captioned the post in a mysterious way so her fans obviously replied to her post.

One of the fans commented, “Ms. Union…are you saying what I think you’re saying?”

Not only one, but many people also got the hint given by Gabrielle so they replied back to her. Another one also tweeted, “Don’t be playin’.” 

Meanwhile, the third one wrote, “Oooh I would be soooooooo down for that. Yes yes and yes again. Bring it”

Similarly, one fan also said, “SO YOU’RE SAYING THERES A CONTINUATION?!?!!!!!!!!! we neeeeed clovers focused #BringItOn.”

More Details

Gabrielle Union plays the character of Isis, the cheer captain for the East Compton Clovers. She was opposite Kristin Dunst in the movie, Bring It On. As, in the caption, she has mentioned teenagers. But she doesn’t have teenagers at her house.

Though, she is the mom of a daughter, Kaavia with her husband Dwyane Wade. Moreover, the actress dressed her daughter in a Compton Clover costume in order to celebrate the movie in 2019.

Furthermore, in March, Gabrielle stated to ComicBook.com that the whole film cast will revisit Bring It On. According to her,

“We all have an interest in revisiting it. During the pandemic, around the 20th anniversary of Bring it On, we all were, you know, together all the time doing these panels and talking about the movie and the making of the movie and all of our wild hijinks, but yea, then we got really serious about ‘we should update this’, you know, like bring it up to where are they now.”

Although Union also stated in the year 2020, she was working on the next part of the movie with the same director and Dunst. And the American actress said,

“This was something that me and Kirsten and Peyton Reed talked about this summer, when we were celebrating the 20th anniversary.”

The mother of one also explained that there would be other producers and directors for the next part of the movie. Saying this, she also added,

“Obviously, there’s been a lot of Bring It On sequels, but none that included the original cast or director, so it’s something that we’ve been working on. We are trying to figure out what the right take is. We’re actively working on that as we speak.” 

We can’t wait for this to be real and relive all the fun!
