After retiring from the NBA, Greg joined ESPN where he worked as an analyst for NBA broadcasts on ABC and ESPN.

Anthony officially began working for CBS Sports as a college basketball analyst on December 13, 2008.

He took over for Clark Kellogg, who had been promoted to the position of the lead commentator.

Moving on, Greg was selected to provide YES Network commentary for the 2012–13 Brooklyn Nets season.
