Early Life and Education
World Champion Bodybuilder, Helmut Strebl was born on November 6, 1968, in Austria. Unfortunately, we know nothing about his parents or schooling, but we will keep you updated as soon as we learn more.
He knew he wanted to undertake bodybuilding since he was twelve years old.
When he was in school, he wasn’t a strong man; he was a simple kid who was bullied because of his thin look.

Helmut has been a bodybuilder for about two decades.
Helmut is now ranked first on the list of MOST SHREDDED MAN IN THE WORLD 2017. He is not only the leanest guy, but also an influencer, model, and bodybuilder.
Throughout his career, he has won several competitions and honors.
Helmut’s actual objective is to inspire everyone with his tale, and he works tirelessly to achieve this goal.

How does Helmut Strebl prepare?
It takes years of hard training and determination to achieve this physical level. More than only training your body, you must also train and prepare your mind, first intellectually and then physically.
So the first round of exercises involves mental and muscle training. Before doing anything, Strebl takes five deep breaths in and out. The next stage is to go to the gym; however, the amount of weight he wants to weigh that day is completely instinctual; he does not decide the day before.
However, when he needs to go for a tournament, he creates a Calandra in which Helmut details everything he will be doing for practice. Helmut believes that knowing one’s body, capabilities, and limitations comes first.

Workout Routine
Helmut’s days are never the same, and each day is dedicated to a different bodily area. Similarly, Monday’s Back, Shoulders, Calves, and Abs are desiccated.
He practices wide grip lat pulldown and leg lifts, DB Rows, Chin-ups tight grip, standing BB upright row, and standing calf raises on Monday.
It will be dedicated to his chest and triceps and will be released on Tuesday. That day, he does bench press, butterfly machine, and dips.
On Wednesdays, he works on his biceps, hamstrings, and abs. That day, he performs seat BB preaches lying leg curls, sitting leg curls, incline bench crunch, and bench crunches.
He conducts incline leg press, sitting leg extensions, seated calf raises, and standing calf raises on Thursday, primarily for his quads and calves.
On Friday, he conducts decline close drip, Lying-Down Machine Glutes Extension, and Standing Machine Glutes Extension for glutes and chest.
Saturday is a rest day, and you should relax your body every now and again so it can heal. So, once again, he begins his routine on Sunday with a seated row, a reverse grip lat pulldown, and standing calf raises for his back and calves.
As a result, Helmut’s training program demonstrates his dedication and attention to his profession. Indeed, this makes him one of many young people’s role models.

Diet
His nutrition, like his fitness program, is well planned. He consumes five to seven meals every day, with very little protein. His daily diet consists of egg whites, turkey, chicken, beef, and whitefish.
While preparing his physique for a championship, he follows a different eating plan and consumes more carbohydrates, such as brown rice and sweet potatoes. But he doesn’t eat carbohydrates at night.
He eats one egg white, including the yolk, three beagles with jam, chicken, coffee, mustard, and low fat spread for breakfast.
For meal two, he consumes fifty grams of protein shake and eighty grams of carbohydrates.
Meal three is generally basmati rice with either chicken or turkey. Similarly, meal four is basmati rice with chicken, turkey, or fish, and meal five is the same.
He gets ten to twelve egg whites without yolks and four pieces of brown bread for his sixth meal of the day.
Without a doubt, he obtained his body as a result of his rigorous diet and rationing programs, and he genuinely deserves all of his achievements; not everyone can modify their lifestyle in this manner.
Net Worth & Income
He has been involved in bodybuilding for over two decades, competing in several events and winning numerous awards.
As a result, his net worth is estimated to be over $1 million. Helmut, on the other hand, has not verified it.
Furthermore, Helmut’s net worth is not made public, thus no one knows what he is worth.
Height & Measurements
Helmut is 53 years old, yet he appears much younger. It’s all due to the diet he follows. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall (198cm).
In terms of physical measures, he weighs 93 kg during competitions and 100 kg when he is not participating and is offseason.
Personal Life
Helmut, unfortunately, has kept his personal life secret. So no one knows if he is married, has children, or is single. Helmut is here to work and works hard, but he does not feel obligated to present his family to everyone.
This is unfortunate for his followers, who are anxious to learn more about him, but it is his personal life, and if he wants to keep it private, we must respect his wishes.
Social Media Presence
Helmut has an Instagram account, although he seldom uses it. He has only shared eleven images of himself there thus far.
And all of the photographs are of him and his physique. There is no trace of any family members. It demonstrates Helmut’s desire to keep his family out of the public eye.
