Black-and-white images of Justin Bieber are featured on a number of H&M collection products.

Fans shared images of other items from the collection on Twitter, such as sweatshirts that read “World Tour” and a phone case that had the lyrics to his song “Ghost,” despite the fact that only one item from the collection appears to be still available for purchase on H&M’s US website — a canvas tote bag ($15) printed with photos of Bieber.

Following Bieber’s social media outburst, some of his 270 million fans rushed to the H&M Instagram account, pleading with the retailer to take down the purportedly unauthorized item.

On the company’s most recent post, one user wrote, “Why you selling Justin’s stuff w/o his knowledge… that’s sketchy,”. And another added, “Shame on you.”

In addition, a spokeswoman for the business informed Page Six Style in a statement that “H&M followed proper approval procedures, as with all other licensed products and partnerships.”

Although Bieber hasn’t yet filed a lawsuit against H&M, the singer hasn’t been afraid to do so in the past when someone has taken advantage of his fame to make money.
