Professional Life and Career

Jasprit wanted to become a cricketer at the age of 14 due to the widespread love of cricket in India.

He thus began to compete as a bowler for the Gujarat Under-19 squad in 2012. He played his debut T20 encounter in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in 2012–13.

He began competing for the Mumbai Indians in 2013, which ultimately served as his IPL debut. He was able to defeat the Royal Challengers Bangalore by getting 3 wickets in that match.

In that year’s first-class cricket match against the Vidarbha cricket team, Jasprit made his debut for Gujarat.
