Jen Shah shared a mysterious message on her Instagram about the truth after hearing from the judge bout six and a half years of jail. Though the post is now deleted, it does carry a huge meaning.

Jen Shah got the order that she must take psychiatric medication and mental health counseling as well after getting released from prison. Everyone is well known about her deeds of wire fraud in connection to a nationwide telemarketing scheme.

So, she is sentenced to jail for 6.5 years at a federal penitentiary in Texas. However, the court gave an order that Jen may be freed after 5.5 years if she maintains good behavior toward everyone. Similarly, on Wednesday, Shaha uploaded a story on her Instagram about the truth. The quotes read,

“There’s something about a woman with a loud mind that sits in silence, smiling knowing she can crush you with the truth”

This is something mysterious because she hasn’t named and explained what’s the real thing she wants to say. Though, people are making their own explanations regarding this matter. After Jen pleaded guilty, she apologized to everyone emotionally as well.

According to sources, Jen was arrested on March 2021 due to wire fraud along with her assistant Stuart Smith. Likewise, on July 2022, she was proven guilty and she targeted many people mostly who are elderly i.e above 55 years.

On Friday, Jen along with her husband, Sharrief Shah showed their appearance in New York City courthouse. They were holding hands while entering the courthouse. Not only this, but Jen Shah also gave an emotional apology to her husband and two kids, Shariieff Jr., and Omar. She stated,

“I am profoundly and deeply sorry. Reality TV has nothing to do with reality.”

Since Jen also alleged that she did this because of her bad mental health also. She is not well mentally and she needs proper medication. At her sentencing, she stated,

“Longstanding untreated mental issues caused me to create my own fractured reality. With the proper medication, I can now see what happened. I wish I could have stood outside myself. I am sorry. I have found solace in my volunteer work, with anti-racism organizations and the LGBT community.”

Furthermore, the court also ordered Jen to give up $6.5 million for the wrongdoing and $9.5 million on restitution.

Jen Shah’s lawyer, Priya Chaudry spoke on behalf of her about her apology. According to Priya, Jen is regretting on her deeds and she will never do such a thing in her life again. In addition to that, Shah’s attorney made a statement on this matter by saying,

“Jen Shah deeply regrets the mistakes that she has made and is profoundly sorry to the people she has hurt.”

Moreover, she also continued,

“Jen has faith in our justice system, understands that anyone who breaks the law will be punished, and accepts this sentence as just. She will pay her debt to society, and when she is a free woman again, she vows to pay her debt to the victims harmed by her mistakes.”

Although, Priya was constantly trying to tell people that Jen is really apologizing, Assistant US Attorney Robert Sobelman this that she is faking it. According to Robert, Shah is only saying sorry to make them think that she has become a nice person. But he has high doubts about this and stated,

“There is not one message from her that expresses any type of remorse, not one. The defense hasn’t submitted any. That’s not how she felt even when she pled guilty.”

Also, Robert Sobelman talked about a text message where Jen Shah is laughing at one of her victims who is an 80-year-old woman who is crying constantly. So this behavior of Jen is really pathetic and she is getting what she deserved. The sources also claimed that she will be surrendering on February 17.
