Johnny Depp reportedly re-signed a “seven-figure “contract deal with Dior!! He has been the face of the Dior cologne since 2015!!
Johnny Depp is re-constructing his relationship with Dior. He was the face of the product from the brand named “Dior Sauvage Cologne” and he was doing since 2015. Now he has re-signed the contacts for millions of dollars to be the face of the product (cologne).
It looks like it went official on Monday, the official Instagram account of Dior posted photos and videos of Johnny Depp. The pictures were from one of the concerts in Paris. The black and white pictures of Depp were captured backstage before the show.

The excited fans flooded the comment section with all their love and support to see Dior and deep collaborating. One of the fans writes, “I’m so proud of you man, and I love you so much, you’re such an awesome person. And I thank you for being always there drawing a smile on my face, thank you for your talent, on behalf of all the world 💗🙏🏼”. The other one writes,”❤️❤️❤️❤️ the best night the best team loved being reunited”
Everyone poured their excitement while commenting, they were so happy to see him back as the face of Sauvage. The fans were actually thanking Dior to reconsider him with the brand and standing by Johnny during all the unpleasantness.

The picture was clicked by Greg Williams before the show started backstage. The pictures are going to use as a future reference for the Dior Sauvage. The Dior captioned the picture saying,

Earlier, after signing the contract with Dior for the fragrance, the Dior Sauvage was the high selling cologne in the world. With just Depp as the face, the cologne reached its big heights, as he had fans worldwide. The scent became very famous that it surpassed the top brands from all over the world.
There were a lot of controversies rumbling around with the contract. In 2019 there was an advertisement published by Dior which of course had Depp and an imagery character with native American culture. There was an outrage that it reflects racial and cultural appropriation. Some tweeted saying,
“Johnny Depp is not Native. Dior is not Native-owned. What kind of nonsense is this?” while some said that they are native and they are cringing.
Most of the people complained about the imagery shown in the advertisement. In 2020, Dior was helpless as they had a contract with Depp. On the other side a British newspaper published that Depp is a “Wife Beater”, and Depp lost the case.
And the recent Depp defamation case with Amber heard also affected their campaign and they had to break the contract. But it looked like a strategy, due to the case also the cologne had high sales, and fans were supporting by buying his products.
After Depp won the case, Dior re-signed the contract with a lot of money (seven figures) contract with the Depp and after June Dior aired Depp’s return advertisement.
