Not only him but also his wife, Kate Upton, and daughter, Genevieve joined him. They look so happy together and looked like a perfect family as well.
Talking about the little girl’s outfit, she was looking pretty in yellow. She was wearing a sparkling yellow dress. Similarly, Genevieve paired up with silver sandals and pearl jewelry for the outing. Though, she was looking cute smiling into the cameras.

On the other hand, Kate was wearing a white one-shoulder minidress along with silver heels. And, Justin wore a shimmery gold suit to match his daughter. He also wore a plain white T-shirt and crisp white sneakers to match his wife.
Further, Justin said to The Houston Chronicle, that he was walking through the clubhouse and Vivi(his daughter) stopped. She saw the highlights of one of his starts this season played on the TVs. And she quickly stopped and looked at the screen and said, “Daddy, that’s you!”

Justin Verlander also explained the experience of attending his fifth All-Star Game with his family. He stated,
“I think this time, it’s something I want to experience with my family and specifically with my daughter.”
Previously in the year 2019, the athlete talked about fatherhood and how it has impacted his career plans. In addition, he said,
“I would like to be able to play long enough that my daughter can see me and remember me playing baseball when she grows older. Maybe if anything, it’s going to push me to stay in shape and stay healthy, and be a good pitcher for as long as I possibly can. I want her to be able to remember me on the field.”

Justin also stated that her daughter can do anything she wants. She doesn’t need to follow in his father’s footsteps as she has her own rights. Moreover, he explained,
“She can be her own woman. I’m not going to be putting any pressure on her. She can do what she wants and I’m excited to see it. She’s got her whole life ahead of her. I can’t even picture what. … We can all sit here and speculate, it’s fun. She’s got big hands so maybe she’ll play the piano, I don’t know! Possibilities are endless.”

“I don’t like to talk to people about being hurt. As athletes, you’re not supposed to… But [Upton] was someone I could talk to. I mean, basically a therapist. Somebody I could trust with… worries about my career. Worries about, Can I make it? Worries about what I’m going through to get back.”
