Kanye West doesn’t like to be featured on camera every time. We all know, Kanye’s anger level when paparazzi or any media features him in every situation. Celebrities are also human and we shouldn’t forget about human rights though. The video where Kanye has thrown away one woman’s phone from her hand is getting viral these days. As the sources announce that Ye is under investigation because of this matter. The whole incident happened when that woman tried to capture Kanye in a public place.
In the video we can see, the woman in her car making a video of Ye. When he saw that, he jumped out of his car and first told that lady not to do so. But even after this, she continuously recorded him saying she has the right cause he is a celebrity, Kanye couldn’t hold his anger and threw the phone away. Later, the sources also claimed that Kanye was leaving his daughter, North’s basketball game. However, it is still not clear whether the woman was a paparazzi or a random fangirl. The conversation between the Yeezy designer and the woman was,
“You didn’t have to run up on me like that. If I say stop, stop with your cameras!”

After this statement, the woman still continued recording and said, “I have the right to record ’cause you are a celebrity'”. Then Ye grabbed her phone and threw it away. After the incident, the police sources from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department arrived around 4:30 p.m. There the woman showed them the video for the evidence of the incident. Also, the sources captured the woman walking outside of the police station and talking to officers.
On the other hand, Kanye West is also seen talking with other paparazzi from his car. He told them not to capture his whole thing as he also deserve privacy. He said,
“You want me to be running up on your kids’ games like that?”
After hearing the above statement, the pap defends it by saying, “There’s a hundred of us and you are a celebrity”. Then, West again continued,
“Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me. It’s called human rights.”
These paparazzi’s have no respect for peoples privacy. What type of response was that to a man just trying to go to his kids game in peace. pic.twitter.com/7y0iEUDRMU

Besides, many celebrities are in the favour of Kanye West and some of the comments are below,
“Leave people alone man, celebrities or ppl of status who cares. Yea some ppl live in the spotlight but that doesn’t mean they Kant just be like any person. And they don’t have to say sorry, move around. #2023”
Another comment reads,
“I think Celebrities need to lobby politicians and secure a law or policy or something against photographing or videotaping someone without their express consent in California.”
Apart from this, many celebs agree and support Kanye for what he did. They all agree with the fact that media shouldn’t be everywhere they go. Despite this, we shouldn’t forget that celebrities are also human and they have every right not to disclose everything to the public.
