Khloé Kardashian made a significant fashion error at the People’s Choice Awards on Tuesday and was happy to discuss it.
There is a reason why Khloé Kardashian didn’t immediately accompany her mother Kris Jenner onstage to claim the Reality Star of 2022 award when she showed up at the People’s Choice Awards 2022 on Tuesday.
The “Revenge Body” star admitted after the show that “my outfit broke” in an Instagram Story to her followers.
“The whole zipper popped open. So I am sewn into my outfit. I had to pee. So we had to cut the stitching out and sew me back in.”
When Kardashian finally entered the stage with Jenner, she cited beauty difficulties and sported a black Jean Paul Gaultier suit for the event.
“I’m so sorry I’m out of breath. I was trying to fix my hair, oh my god, a girl’s gotta fix her hair,” she said at the time.
It turns out that the delay was also partially caused by stress issues.

“My hair — here, right here — it is a disaster,” The co-founder of Good American posted on her Story. “But that’s okay. Champagne problems!”
In the evening, Kardashian published an update.
“You guys, my hair looks really good now. I’m telling you … I don’t know what happened onstage, my hair was f—ked up and then I was being called. My mom was onstage alone, so I had to run over there and save her, and I looked like a freak,” she said as she gave Malika Haqq a hug.
She nevertheless celebrated her victory in spite of the stylistic blunder. I’m so f—king happy that ‘Kardashians’ won as well as the People’s Choice Award for the fifth year in a row! She continued,

Khloé’s business-casual costume for the presentation complemented Kendall’s black ruffled Alexander McQueen set, demonstrating the Kardashians’ expertise in mommy-and-me styling at any age, fashion faux pas included.

Kardashian expressed her gratitude for the nomination on Twitter in October for the People’s Choice Award.
“I cannot believe I am nominated again for The Reality Star of 2022 at the People’s Choice Awards!,” she wrote. “You truly have no idea how much this means to me. This nomination and award always means the most because the winners are chosen by you!”
