A former couple in Hollywood, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally came to an end with their divorce!
According to the reports, Kim Kardashian and Kanye will have joint custody of their kids. Both of them don’t have to pay any couple support according to the Los Angeles Court hearing. The judge cleared the separation in the month of March and the two are totally single. The couple filed the divorce ending eight years of their marriage.
Even after the declaration, both were tangled in property and custody. The timeframe for this was given to be the 14th of December. The couple shares four children with each other, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
For the kids, the couple will pay an equal share of the expenses. According to the settlement criteria, the payment for the kids includes private security and private school and also their college.
According to the settlement, it is also written that they will pay their own debts. This agreement was pre-nuptial and they have kept their properties separately. The couple started dating in 2012. They shared their first child in 2013. In the same year, Kanye proposed a huge celebration.
The proposal happened in the waterfront ballpark of the San Francisco Giants. They finally got married in the year 2014. They had a huge celebration at Renaissance Fortress in Florence, Italy.

In February 2021, the couple had a mutual agreement on the split with terms and conditions for their divorce.
They did not even discuss the divorce openly on the media, but Kanye started backlashing the whole family and her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson. Kanye created a lot of drama for not being allowed to co-parent his own kids.
He was furious for not being able to take the major decision for his kids and also being excluded from every celebration and event of his own children.
Also even if there is an agreement that they will have an equal timeshare with the children but still Kim Kardashian will share 80% of the time with her kids. Even Kanye agrees that kids are most of the time with their momma.
According to the documents, Kanye is liable to pay $200,000 per month for his children’s support. Some of the sources even say that he won’t be fully responsible for child support. He will be responsible for 50% of their education and security and every other expense.
Also, if there is any dispute between the two regarding the children, they must have to be in mediation for them. And by default, if one fails to cooperate, the other person gets to make the decision. Also, the $200K dollars must be sent to Kim’s account on the first day of every month.

Moreover, Kanye has removed and changed two lawyers in the process. Sometimes there are some technical issues and sometimes there are demands. He even asked judge Steve Cochran to give him the right to ask questions to the new husband/boyfriend of Kim’s. But then this request got denied instantly.
