He signed a two-year contract with the Serbian club Partizan Belgrade of the ABA League on July 11, 2018, after being a free agent.
Later, on February 12, 2019, Paige was successful in obtaining a Serbian passport and citizenship, and on May 9, 2020, he signed a two-year contract there.
