Melanie Martin believes that Aaron carter will be “Ecstatic” to know that she gained custody of her son Prince.
Aaron Carter’s on-and-off relationship with Melanie Martin gains the full rights to her 1-year-old baby boy Prince. Melanie believes Aaron will be fully thrilled to know that she gained custody of their baby.
“I know Aaron would have been ecstatic,” Melanie told on Friday. “This victory is in his honor. I only wish Aaron could be here to share this moment with me.”
She says that gaining custody of the son is a victory. She also misses Aaron for missing this honorable moment and wishes him to be there at the moment. Martin also says that in September when their son was taken away it was really hard on Aaron.

In September, the hitmaker of “I Want Candy”, mentioned that the on-and-off couple lost the custody of their child due to some legal concerns. They were a part of domestic violence and also when substance abuse came in the way. Their son Prince was under the care of Melanie’s mother at the time.
On Thursday, after hearing the decision of regaining the custody of the child, Martin’s mother Jane came into the media and said that she was very happy with the decision. The child should always be with their mother. Although she gained custody she has not yet met her child.
Moreover, when their young boy almost turned a year, Aaron left his family behind on November 5. He died at just the age of 34 years. He was found dead at his home in California. On Saturday the representative confirmed his death saying,
“It is with great regret to confirm Aaron Carter was found unresponsive this a.m. in his home in Palmdale, CA, The family has been notified and will be flying out to Los Angeles. Aaron worked very hard towards the end of his life in recovery, to be a good father and to make amends with his family.” the representative mentions

After the death of the father, Jane, the mother of Martin wants the baby to have all the properties and assets. It’s his right and moreover, she and the rest of the family don’t need any money as they are well famous and rich. Even Martin agrees with her mom’s statement on this matter that the little prince deserves his father’s assets.
“I don’t want any problems or stress over Aaron’s estate,” she mentioned last month. “I just want Prince to be taken care of and want Aaron’s legacy to live on.”
Furthermore, Martin doesn’t want any problems regarding the properties as Aaron is not there to solve them. She just wants Aaron’s estate to be handed over to the son so that he can live on the legacy of his father.
“Whoever wants to be in Prince’s life can be in Prince’s life.” Martin adds
Aaron before dying didn’t sign any will or handover. So Jane asked the twin sister of Marti, Angel to file a petition to hand over his estate as administrator. The estimated value of the property and overall assets is half a million dollars. The estimation comes from Aaron’s personal property and the portfolio of his real estate. All of them will be inherited by his son Prince.
At the time of Aaron” death, helpless Martin tried it all to help him out of the situation. He struggled a lot with mental health and addiction which led him to lose his life.

Although the official reason for the death has not been determined yet. But he was surrounded by multiple cans of compressed air and pills all over the bathroom where his body was found.
