Similarly, he posted a picture on his Instagram account on Wednesday. In the picture, he flaunted his new arm tattoo of a rabbit holding a playing card inside a hat. Though, the newly inked tattoo looks amazing.

“Wanted a second tattoo for a while, and thought London was the ideal place to get a proper magician’s top hat.”
He also thanked @thomascarlijarlier for the tattoo and for being the true gentleman as well. Likewise, Patrick also shared a collection of behind-the-scenes clips of his ink session. At the end of the clip, Harris is heard saying, “Almost done.”

However, the meaning behind the tattoo is not explained. We can assume that the 3 of Hearts card symbolizes his family. The family includes his husband David Burtka, and their 11-year-old twins Harper Grace and Gideon Scott.

Neil made his first tattoo as a tribute to Netflix’s A Series of Unfortunate Events, where he played Count Olaf. In the year 2017, Neil marked his ankle with the Volunteer Fire Department (V.F.D.). Despite the tattoo, he also talked about his breakup with his longtime boyfriend.
Furthermore, in May at Variety’s Powers of women event he stated,
