Nicole Boyd filed for divorce from her husband, Bam Margera on Tuesday. The reason for the separation is not being compatible with each other.
Nicole Boyd and Bam Margera have separated legally now. The sources reported that Nicole filed for legal separation on Tuesday. She filed for divorce after Bam visited their 5-year-old son, Phoenix in presence of Nicole.
Similarly, the reason to separate is Bam’s inappropriate behavior toward his wide. After years Nicole realized that they are not compatible. Nicole made a decision after giving chance to Bam many times.
This time she decided to save herself and her son from Margera. Likewise, she also placed a request to have legal and physical custody of their son as well.
On September 14, 2021, Nicole listed her date of separation and the reason was irreconcilable differences according to the sources. Also, she requested Margera will visit their son in the Los Angeles County region ad he must bare all the expenses.
Though, Bam Margera’s representatives haven’t responded yet regarding this matter. Not only this, but Nicole also wants her ex-husband to provide her spousal support and cover her attorney’s fees. Although, Nicole Boyd’s attorney David Glass made his statement about the legal separation. He stated,
“Nikki Margera felt compelled to file for legal separation from her husband, Bam Margera, due to his continuing drug and alcohol abuse, erratic behavior, and due to his failure to provide support for her and their son.”

“Nikki has put everything she has into trying to get Bam to stay sober and to trying to preserve her family.”
The problem is not about being compatible but also includes arrest as he was in and out of rehab. Margera left the rehab center before and the reason was not getting celebrity treatment. At the time, Nikki stated,
“We love Bam, both as a husband and father. We pray that he will give it all he has this time at this new rehab facility so he can complete his treatment and come home to the family that loves him.”

Nicole Boyd and Bam Margera got married in the year 2013 in Reykjavik, Iceland. They flashed their marriage after Bam posted a kissing video on his YouTube channel. Margera was in a hoodie and a shredded cape while Nikki was looking gorgeous in a lacy white gown. Then in the year 2017, they gave birth to their first child, Phoenix Wolf.

Recently, Bam is dealing with a lot of problems because of his action. He is an alcoholic so due to this, in the year 2019, Margera insulted his wife via Instagram posts.
Moreover, he appeared in the MTV reality show, “Jackass” in the early 2000s. Though, he filed a case against the Jackass crew for removing him from the film, “Jackass Forever”.
On the other hand, the director Jeff Tremaine also filed a case against Margere after his threatening messages on social media. So all these problems arise due to Bam’s behavior. Apart from this, Steve-O shared a statement on Instagram which is now deleted about Bam Margera’s upcoming troubles. He wrote,

“One arm is a best friend who had my f***ing back all along, another arm is a poser. A pro-creation thief. If Jeff Tremaine was in this photo, he would be too greedy to fit.”
Though, Bam Margera hasn’t responded about his separation from his wife, Nicole Boyd publicly.
