Injury

According to a doctor, she had knee surgery and took nearly a year off from fighting.

Cachoeira also had a financial problem because she wasn’t paid enough and had no money in the bank.

She asserted that “poor people go to the mall and start spending it” when they see a lot of money. But Priscila learned important information that will enable her to better manage her finances.

She was appreciative that Vasco da Gama, a Brazilian soccer team, had offered to cover the cost of her physical therapy for her injured knee, though. They also provided sponsorship, which will last through the fight night.

Although Priscila Cachoeira faced challenges in her life, she was unaware that she was living a life of drug addiction. She started going to parties and talking to drug users.

After that, everything in her life changed; she stopped going to school and playing sports and started using marijuana, cocaine, and crack instead.

She had been using drugs for more than three years before realizing they were killing her.

Cachoeira later enrolled in the class to help her kick her drug habit, but she quickly realized that she enjoyed the training itself.

“I felt pain, I screamed, but any time I started going through withdrawals, my mother would take me to the training center. That made me relax. Afterward, I wouldn’t feel the need to use it anymore. That was how I moved on from drugs.”
