Erika Jayne expressed “empathy” for the alleged victims of her now-ex-husband Tom Girardi.

She said that she “totally participated” in Girardi’s embezzlement and fraud prosecution.

During a violent confrontation with co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff, the Bravo star said that she only cared about herself.

Erika Jayne is apologizing for her outburst on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” in which she informed her co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff that she “doesn’t give an f–k about anyone else but me.”

The 50-year-old reality personality expressed “empathy” for her ex-boyfriend Tom Girardi’s alleged embezzlement victims.

She explains, “I feel for them since they’re in a bad circumstance.” “I also feel sorry for them.”

Jayne is referring to the victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 tragedy in 2018, including widows and orphans, who disbarred attorney Girardi, 82, reportedly cheated out of settlement monies.

After 21 years of marriage, the “XXPEN$IVE” singer filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020, prompting a barrage of inquiries from her castmates regarding her awareness of her ex’s alleged wrongdoings.

Erika Jayne expresses her sorrow for the victims of her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s alleged wrongdoings to Page Six.

” I have cooperated with everything the investigators have asked of me. And despite what you may see on blogs, tweets, or social media, I have fully cooperated.”

Jayne and co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff engage in a violent confrontation in the extended teaser for “RHOBH” Season 12 about Jayne’s ongoing legal issues.

” You just have to admit it. You like the idea of being a rescuer. It makes you feel important, like a superhero. But you will never reach your full potential if you’re always thinking about yourself.”

On the new season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Jayne and Crystal Kung Minkoff got into a vicious verbal sparring session, even though they are friends now.

Jayne claims that repeated pressure from the women of “Beverly Hills,” specifically Kung Minkoff, Sutton Stracke, and Garcelle, caused her outburst.

“You must remember that I am fighting with one hand behind my back.” I’ve stepped over the line between what I can and cannot say. As a result, when I’ve said everything I can, I get frustrated,” she explains.

“Jayne says that after being told she couldn’t say anything, her response was to say, “I don’t have much else to say… yet I’m continually pressed on it.”

On the Bravo reality show, Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais have frequently pressed Jayne about her ongoing legal issues.

Despite their tumultuous relationship, Jayne and Kung Minkoff recently told Page Six that they were able to strengthen their bond during filming.

“This season, Erika was quite beneficial to me. “She was quite helpful to me when I was having difficulties with other members of the ensemble,” claimed the Real Cocoa founder, who believes Jayne regrets her outburst.

Erika seems to have gone off the rails tonight. No one seemed to disagree with her. She wanted to reclaim the night she was yelling at me and the other girls, which I felt was rather manufactured given that we came over for her birthday party last week and didn’t spend any time talking about her problems.”

The two are accused of diverting monies intended for the Lion Air Flight 610 victims’ relatives. Jayne was removed from the fraud case in January after contesting the charges.

She faces allegations of racketeering for $50 million and “aiding and abetting” for $2.1 million. Jayne tells Page Six that she intends to come out on top in her legal battles.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs every Wednesday, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
