Saina Nehwal, India’s pride, was born on March 17, 1990, in Hisar, Haryana. Harvir Singh Nehwal and Usha Rani Nehwal had her as their younger daughter.

Professional Life
Nehwal won her first badminton title in 2002 when she won the U-13 Sub-Junior National title. She won the Junior National Championship in 2004, and the Senior National Championship three years later.
Similarly, she achieved her first international success in 2005 when she won the Asian Satellite Badminton Championship in India.
