After admirers compared Khloé Kardashian and herself in a recent Instagram post, Shanna Moakler claimed that Khloé had undergone plastic surgery.
The 47-year-old former Miss USA shared a picture of herself looking glamorous and posing for a steamy photo shoot on Monday wearing nothing but a matching yellow lingerie set. She posed with her lips pursed and her hands raised over her head.
One social media user wrote, “Girl Khloe got the same face”. To which Moakler responded, “I think her surgery came out beautifully! ”

The similarities were brought up by a few other people, but Moakler wasn’t buying it.
She responded to another user by saying, “Khloe doesn’t even look like Khloe what are you people smoking lol.”
Since Khloé’s sister Kourtney Kardashian is now married to Moakler’s ex-husband Travis Barker, her adamant denial of the similarity to fans seemed even more suspicious.
Shanna Moakler shared the breathtaking solo image in honor of having lost 20 pounds and needing just 10 more to complete her “fitness goal.”
The former Playboy Playmate has previously been upfront about undergoing surgery in addition to regular workouts.

When Moakler underwent a mommy makeover in October 2018. She even referred to her little belly tuck as the “best thing I ever did” to aid her muscles. According to Inside Edition, she also underwent liposuction, cellulite treatment, and a butt augmentation at the same time.
“I am so thankful and so happy with my results,” Six months after her surgery, she shared a photo on Instagram. “It was to fix my tummy muscles! I finally feel confident in a bikini again.”
Khloe’s Comment on Plastic Surgery
Khloe Kardashian, 38, has mentioned that she has only had “one nose job” after being repeatedly accused of having plastic surgery over the years.
“It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like. ‘That’s crazy,’” She said on Amanda Hirsch’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast in May.

The “Kardashians” actress even went so far as to declare that it “offended” her in addition to “bothering” her.
“I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that. I’ve had one nose job that I love. Like, I want everyone to know. … I don’t care to lie about it,” she continued.

During the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reunion in June 2021, Kardashian already addressed the plastic surgery rumors.
“Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose,” she told interviewer Andy Cohen. “I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded poorly to Botox.”
