Shaquille O’Neal says that the Earth is flat while having an interview on “The Kyle & Jackie O Show.” He says it’s just a theory while chatting with the co-hosts, Kyle Sandilands and Jackie Henderson.
Shaquille O’Neal has his own theory. He believes that the Earth is flat instead of round. Similarly, on Thursday, on The Kyle & Jackie O Show, he again talked about his theory which he said in the year 2017. Though people don’t believe that the earth is flat but Shaquille does.
Similarly, Shaquille stated to the cohosts of the show, Kyle Sandilands and Jackie Henderson that the whole thing about science is just a theory.
He says that no one knows if the earth is flat, round, or of any shape, but it is all about theory. No one has seen it with their real eyes and everybody in the world is believing the theory.
Likewise, O’Neal also said,
“It’s a theory. It’s just a theory, they teach us a lot of things.”
Meanwhile, Shaquille also gave an example while describing theory. He shared his experience and the reason for believing that the earth is flat.
According to him when he took a long flight to Australia he noticed that he flew straight. Further, he also stated,
“I flew 20 hours today, not once did I go this way. I flew straight.”

On the other hand, Shaquille O’Neal added that he “didn’t tip over” or “go upside down” when he was on the flight.
After hearing this, the host of the show, Kyle Sandilands asked a question to him. He questioned how someone could travel to the other side of the world in different directions.
Replying to Kyle’s question, Shaquille answered,
“It’s still a straight line and you don’t go under. It’s just a theory. It’s a conspiracy theory.”
In addition to that, O’Neal also mentioned his confusion regarding the spinning of the earth. He believes that the earth doesn’t spin and that people are only believing the theory.
Similarly, he explained the example telling that according to his theory, the earth doesn’t spin.

Moreover, the basketball player also said,
“You know they say the world is spinning? I’ve been living in a house on a lake for 30 years, not once did the lake rotate to the left or right.”
“If we’re spinning so fast, why are we dizzy?”
Though, in this statement, Sandilands also agreed and replied, “I don’t get that either.” And, in the end, Shaquille ended his point by saying,
“I like listening to theories. It’s not about figuring them out, or he’s wrong or he’s right — it’s just a theory.”
Further Explanation
Shaq hasn’t said this for the first time as he previously in the year, 2017 also explained this theory with John Kincade on The Big Podcast With Shaq. While having an interview on the show, Shaquille came up with his self-made theory that the earth is flat and not round. Apart from this, he also stated that
“Listen, there are three ways to manipulate the mind — what you read, what you see and what you hear.”
Not only this but O’neal also gave an example to prove that his theory is right. According to an athlete,
“In school, the first thing they teach us is, ‘Oh, Columbus discovered America,’ but when he got there, there were some fair-skinned people with long hair smoking on the peace pipes. So, what does that tell you? Columbus didn’t discover America.”

“I drive from coast to coast, and this s— is flat to me. I’m just saying. I drive from Florida to California all the time, and it’s flat to me. I do not go up and down at a 360-degree angle, and all that stuff about gravity.”
“Have you looked outside Atlanta lately and seen all these buildings? Do you mean to tell me that China is under us? China is under us? It’s not. The world is flat.”
