Professional Career
After a successful university basketball career, Spud was recruited by Detroit Pistons in the 1985 NBA Draft.
But, Spud made his first debut with the Atlanta Hawks and played for the first six seasons from 1985–to 1991.
In the first season with Atlanta, Webb scored 7.8 points per game in the 79 games he played for the team.
Unfortunately, from 1986-to 87, his score dropdown from 6.8 to 6.0. Sadly, in the 1988-89 seasons, Spud’s performance was degraded, where he scored an average of 3.9 points per game.
At Sacramento Kings, Spud gave his career-best performance in the first year, scoring a whopping average of 16.0 points per game.
