Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis filed for divorce almost 2 years back!! Olivia wins the custody battle “Aggressively” against Jason!!
This case states that it is not that easy to have a divorce when kids are a part of life. There is a great possibility that the two exes collide with a decision in regard to the children. And it makes it more difficult when you are constantly in the spotlight. The same happened with Olivia Wilde and her ex-husband Jason.
Even though the couple filed for divorce 2 years ago they were not at peace. They were entangled with the custody game. Now Olivia has won a small victory related to the custody of her kids against her ex-husband Jason.

The custody case was not solved as the couple couldn’t be friendly to decide for their kids. They both love their kids and they both want their best but then the situation turned out like it was getting out of hand.
The couple share 2 kids together, an 8-year-old son Otis and a 5-year-old daughter Daisy. Now the children will live with their mother in California now!!
Co-parenting was not possible when Olivia and Jason both have very busy schedules and they couldn’t fit into each other time table. That is also not a problem but the high exposure to the public due to their work is!!
Divorced and Co-parenting
The couple filed for divorce in late 2020 and it’s been 2 years since they are working on the custody of their children.
But it turned out to be hostile and they were not ready to settle down for a compromise. The main issue is raised when Jason wants to live with their kids in New York but then Olivia wants them to be in Los Angeles.
Due to constant disagreements, Jason filed against his ex-Olivia for settling down kids in New York. He made a pretty aggressive movement to get the custody of kids which disappointed Olivia. However, the judge dismissed the petition filed against Olivia as children need their mother.
Olivia Wilde says ex Jason Sudeikis meant to “embarrass” her when he served her custody papers onstage at CinemaCon:
“Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard.”

Olivia was not furious because he filed that petition against her. She was angry to see how Jason was handling the situation. She was on the stage at CinemaCon when she received the papers and he actually embarrassed him in front of everyone present there.
“Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard. He could have served me discreetly, but instead, he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible,”
“The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally and put our personal conflict on public display in this manner is extremely contrary to our children’s best interests.”
To this Jason also responded by saying that how can he know priorly when the envelope would have been delivered. He would never do such activities in such an inappropriate manner. This sounds convincing!!
Olivia and Harry Styles
Furthermore, Olivia has been in a romantic relationship with Harry Styles since 2021. Olivia frequently travels to the UK to meet her boyfriend and now her kids will too.
Both the pair were working on the same movie “Don’t Worry Darling”. Olivia directed “Don’t Worry Darling,” and its theme is a psychological thriller.
