He has won three motocross races: the AMA 125cc National Championship in 2000, the 15cc East Coast Supercross Championship in 2001, and the 125cc Rose Creek Invitational in 2002.
Pastrana also competed in the 2000 Motocross des Nations. He entered the Red Bull Straight Rythm Competition in 2014.

Puerto Rico (PR)
Travis’ father was of Puerto Rican origin, so he was immediately qualified to compete in international competitions for his motherland.
He was a member of Team Puerto Rico at the Motocross of Nations in 2018. After winning the B-final, Travis and his teammates qualified for the main event.
X Games
Travis won the first MotoX Freestyle competition at the 1999 X Games.
Between 2001 and 2004, he won four gold medals and became only the second rider in history to do a 360 in competition.
In the Freestyle event, he earned his sixth gold medal in 2005.
He also became the third athlete in X Games history to earn five gold medals in a single event, as well as the greatest score in the Best Trick competition.
Travis accomplished this in 2006, while also winning his sixth gold medal in FMX.

Travis began rallying in 2004 at the Race of Champions, driving for the Subaru-sponsored Vermont SportsCar rally squad.
In 2006, Travis won gold in the X Games’ first rally vehicle competition. Pastrana competed in the 2006 Race of Champions in Paris the same year.
He also participated in the Colin McRae Forest Stages Rally, a round of the Scottish Rally Championship held in Scotland in September 2008.

He also raced with AF Waltrip in the 24 Hours of Daytona, finishing 22nd in the GT class. Travis also competed in rally America in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in 2004 and 2005.

Nitro world games were created in 2015 by Pastrana and Michael Porra, the CEO of Nitro Circus.
