Tyler Perry revealed his dark side of life, his own suicide attempts in an emotional tribute to Stephan’s “Twitch” boss!
On Thursday, Tyler Perry posted an emotional tribute to Stephan “tWitch” Boss, who took his own life at the mere age of 40. The 52-year-old actor reflected on his “dark” times and shares his experience. He also mentioned the efforts he made to uplift anyone who is going through hard times or people who are struggling with mental health.
“I, like the rest of the world, am shocked by the death of Stephen Boss, tWitch,” Perry said.
He added that, while he only met the dancer “a couple of times,” he always seemed “like such a light.”
Then he talks about the time when he wanted to give up on his own life and just once but a couple of times he tried suicide. Also said about the pain, sexual abuse, and trauma experienced at the time. He felt that the only way to solve this problem is to end his life.
“I had endured so much pain, so much abuse, sexual abuse, it was all so hard to just move through that I thought the only way to make this better was to end my life.”
“Had any of those attempts happened, I would’ve missed the best part of my life,” he continued.
Definitely, if he would take his life on those attempts then he would never get to see the beautiful life he had. He also asked everyone to encourage people to reach out to someone they love and ask for help if needed. People dealing with mental instability will find it difficult to find hope and reach out to people.
He continued talking that he is the happiest person and he had never thought that such a day would come in his life. He urged people to call the help National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Furthermore, Perry talks about how beautiful life is and difficult times will come but facing it and enduring it is the biggest achievement. He also asked people who are considering ending their life to think about what is written in their fate in the future.
“It could be amazing. And you would miss the best part of it going through the darkness. Don’t let the darkness stop you from getting to this incredible place of life.”
Moreover, when Boss died, he killed himself by firing a gun at his head while in the bathroom. He was at the motel in Encino, California where he ended his life. Staff from the motel also revealed that the DJ was looking pretty upset when he arrived at the motel with a small bag.
Later, after the confirmation of his death, his wife, Allison Holker reported that he passed away.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us,” Holker said in a statement. “Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him.

She also mentioned that he was the backbone of the family. Even though he was best at what he is he ended up his life. He also selfishly left behind his children Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3.
“He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans,” she continued, adding that she will “always save the last dance” for him.
